This page provides an overview of the various workflows available in the iblep package.

For a checkpointed loops run, the checkpoint ending at hits.start - 1 must exist and must have been generated with the same setup and hit ordering. Do not mix checkpoints from different gauge configurations or parameter sets.

Connected chain

iblep-conn-lep	Optional: tadpole fields from iblep-disc-loops.	Two-point correlators, leptonic decay three-point correlators.
iblep-conn-omega	Optional: tadpole fields from iblep-disc-loops.	Omega baryon correlators.
iblep-conn-emfieldft	Electromagnetic fields from iblep-conn-lep.	Fourier-transformed electromagnetic fields.

iblep-disc-loops can provide spin-colour-traced disconnected loop fields to iblep-conn-lep and iblep-conn-omega when the configuration enables tadpole insertions. The connected workflow may also save electromagnetic fields for iblep-conn-emfieldft; the Fourier transform utility must use the same geometry and field naming stem.

Real-radiative chain
